Talk to us
The quickest way to reach us is WhatsApp, message us here and a real person will get back to you, usually within 2–3 hours. Prefer email? Write to helpmebae@thebaeshop.com and we'll reply within 24–48 hours. We're here Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
Track your order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp. You can also head to Track My Order and enter your order number and email. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so tracking usually goes live the next day.
Change or cancel an order
Reach out as soon as you can. We can update your address or cancel an order any time before it's dispatched message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll sort it. Once an order has shipped, we can't change it, but we'll help you from there.
Anything with a name on it is made just for you, so we start on it right away. Changes to the spelling or name are only possible within 1 hour of ordering, and personalised pieces can't be cancelled once we've begun.
Personalisation
If you see the personalisation option on a product page, you can add a name (yours or hers) at checkout, that's it. If you don't see the option on a particular product, that piece isn't available for personalisation yet. Personalised orders still dispatch fast, within 24 hours.
Shipping & delivery
We ship across India. Orders leave us within 24 hours of being placed, and typically reach you in 3-7 days depending on your location. Shipping is free.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
This shouldn't happen, but if it does, we'll make it right. Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue, that helps us sort it fastest.
Payments & offers
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Pay online (prepaid) and 5% comes off your order. Cash on delivery is available via the partial COD option for now.
