Anything with a name on it is made just for you, so we can't offer returns or exchanges on personalised pieces. Please double-check your size, colour and spelling at checkout, if you catch a mistake, message us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll fix it if we can.

If anything arrives damaged or wrong
This applies to every order. We'll make it right, email helpmebae@thebaeshop.com or WhatsApp +91 99589 87590 within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo or short video of the issue.
