Do you ship internationally?

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
Since each item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns on personalised products. But no worries, if there’s any issue with quality or damage, we’ve got your back. Just reach out to our support team, and we’ll take care of it. 💖

It’s easy peasy! Just add your name, initials, or a short phrase when you place your order, and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll make sure it’s done with love and totally Bae-approved. 💖
Can I preview how my name will look on the product?
We don’t have a live preview right now, but don’t stress! Our team makes sure your personalisation is on-point and matches the vibe of the design you see. Your Bae Bag will be nothing short of perfection. ✨
What if I received a damaged product?
